Total-Complaints-Received_Nombre-total-de-plaintes-reçues may not match the sum of the other columns as there are some complaints that may be cancelled, withdrawn, in progress, etc.
To calculate the DRR indicator "Percentage of supplier complaint reviews completed within 120 working days as per legislative requirements":
- Add the value for Reviews-of-Complaints-Completed-Within-120-Days_Examens-des-plaintes-terminés-dans-120-jours to the value for Reviews-of-Complaints-Completed-Outside-120-Days_Examens-des-plaintes-terminés-dehors-120-jours, with the appropriate fiscal year specified in the Fiscal-Year_Année-Fiscale column.
- Divide the value for Reviews-of-Complaints-Completed-Within-120-Days_Examens-des-plaintes-terminés-dans-120-jours, with the appropriate fiscal year specified in the Fiscal-Year_Année-Fiscale column, by the result of step 1.
- Multiply the resulting decimal value by 100 to turn it into a percentage.
