The relative size of the employee populations and case list of each of these groups is depicted for each region. It shows that seagoing employees are generally most affected by pay issues, but that DFO employees are generally more numerous. Consequently, the groups with the highest number of cases per employee are not the same as the groups with the highest number of cases.
