Explanation for negative numbers in distance travelled
Booking data includes Charge and Refund tickets, but exclude Exchange tickets to achieve a net ticket count. Exchanges can involve a change in the major class or destination. Those modifications can be done in following month of the initial reservation. Those modifications made in Exchange ticket data will affect the data differently when the ticket is refunded. A regular refund the ticket with have negative number for net ticket, km and CO2. If the Exchange change the Major Class or the destination, this will change the category. The kilometer and the CO2 emission will show negative value of the exchange ticket. The CO2 emission is connected with the distance of the destination and the Major Class selected.
