Supporting Documentation: Client satisfaction with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) procurement services

2020/2021

Each month, a sampling of clients is assessed to determine their satisfaction with the procurement service they received; these include client assessments of recently issued contracts above $5,000.00 in value. Approximately 200 clients are surveyed on a monthly basis, randomly selected and proportioned by Sector in order to achieve a representative sample. The survey respondents are the technical authority from each randomly selected survey. Based on the responses received, the results represent the percentage of respondents who stated they were satisfied or very satisfied with the procurement services provided on the specific procurement they were being assessed on.

2024/2025

Each quarter, a survey is sent to a sampling of clients to determine their satisfaction with the procurement services they received from PSPC; these surveys are sent following the award of contracts and call-ups above $5,000.00 in value. The survey respondents are the primary contact from the client organization (e.g. departmental procurement officer, business owner, technical authority, project manager, etc.). Based on the responses received, the results represent the percentage of respondents who stated they were somewhat satisfied or very satisfied with the procurement services provided for the recently-awarded contract or call-up.
