Supporting Documentation: Quarterly Usage Reports
The Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) is the e-portal for Professional Services which allows Procurement officers at PSPC to manage the solicitation process and to collect data from suppliers. It also allows Purchasers across the government to search for pre-qualified suppliers.
The Government of Canada (GoC) requires that Suppliers provide Usage Reports to the Supply Arrangement (SA) and Standing Offer (SO) Authority on a quarterly basis. Details on the submission of Usage Reports can be found: Quarterly usage report instructions
Methods of supply that the suppliers will provide usage reports for:

Note: As part of Canada’s Procurement Modernization Initiative, the categories within the learning services method of supply for Government owned training have moved to ProServices, and Task and solutions professional services (TSPS). - Professional audits support services supply arrangement (PASS SA)
