General Notes
- Amounts are rounded to the nearest thousand, matching how the values are represented in the associated table within the Public Accounts of Canada. As of the PAC 2025 release of this data, a new field Amt-units_Mnt-unite containing the value "x1000" has been added to the CSV file to clearly indicate this for all rows.
- As of the 2025 release, the following columns were renamed to improve readability and bilingualism:
- Agent_Non-agent was renamed to Entity-type_Type-entite_eng
- Mandataires_Non-mandataires was renamed to Entity-type_Type-entite_fra
- CATEGORY was renamed to Category_Categorie_eng
- CATÉGORIE was renamed to Category_Categorie_fra
- Entity was renamed to Entity_Entite_eng
- Entité was renamed to Entity_Entite_fra
- TYPE_EN was renamed to Type-detail_eng

Notes:
- Under the header Type-detail_eng, item "Opening balance" represents the balance on April 1st of the fiscal year as published in the Public Accounts of Canada.
- The "0" cells in the dataset are due to the fact that an account is closed, that the legal name of an entity has changed, or that no transactions were reported for the related item.
- The Authority is an agent of the Crown only for its port activities. It is considered a non-agent of the Crown for borrowings purposes.
