Supporting Documentation: Receiver general for Canada Call Center Statistics
Data corrections
As of the February 2025 update, the following past-year data inconsistencies were discovered and corrected in the CSV file:
- For records with a Fscl-month_Mois-fin between "2018-04" and "2019-03", the values in column GOS1_NDS1 were erroneously truncated. The missing decimal values have been added back in.
- For records with a Fscl-month_Mois-fin between "2019-04" and "2020-03", the values in column GOS1_NDS1 were erroneously reported as "0". The correct values have been added back in.
- For records with a Fscl-month_Mois-fin between "2022-04" and "2023-03", the values in column GOS1_NDS1 were erroneously truncated and various time-related values were reported as one second less than the correct times. The missing decimal values and corrected times have been added to the CSV file.
